I had been going to the gym for a couple of years before I started training with Stephen, with some results on my own. But I had never really found a way to bring the knowledge I had together into a clear training plan. Stephen really helped me focus on diet, especially on calculating my nutritional needs and ensuring that I was eating the right amounts of the right things at each stage of my training. My goal was to put on muscle mass and I really achieved this in ways I hadn’t been able to before. I think it’s fair to say I’ve got to the best shape I’ve ever been in and Stephen has been instrumental in that success, so thank you very much for all your guidance and expertise! If you’re looking for someone to help you focus on your goals and really achieve them, I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

  • I have been training with Stephen since June 2019 and words cannot describe the impact he has had on my overall fitness and health. I weighed around 100kg when I began training with Stephen and was classified as obese. I was also set in my ways, believing whatever I had been doing for the past 5 years was working for me despite seeing no results. However, Stephen took a notice of how I was training and instantly came over to correct everything. He changed my mindset and stripped everything back, making me start from scratch. I never realised how incorrect my technique was up until then and it explained why I was often injured.

    Even through the various lockdowns, Stephen set me homework outs to do and kept track of my diet, macros and progress. With this support, I was able to drop to 67kg. I look forward to continuing my progress and next phase with Stephen in the coming months

  • Stephen trained me for 6 months . Best trainer I’ve had. He found me fumbling around the gym floor not really knowing what I was doing. I found his personality disarming and not judgemental. I was looking to lose weight and tone up. I lost a total of 10 kilo and 20 inches. I left Steven with a world of knowledge on health, fitness and nutrition. He didn’t ride me hard when I had bad weeks instead he equipped me with the knowledge of how to rectify it. I feel so much more confident now and that’s down to Stephen.

  • I started training with Stephen through gymbox 2020. I like to think i got very lucky to have found and incredible trainer and friend all in one. Ever since i started training with stephen, i have seen my body chnage in ways i never have before, i started to heal my relationship with food slowly but surely and my confidence as well as happiness and daily and my conifdence as well as happiness and daily energy levels have increases by a lot. I always felt anxious to go to the gym and workout by myself .   • I first started working out with Stephen right after the lockdown in April. I was desperate .. I had gained weight due to the lockdown and i didn’t know what to do or what to eat to lose the extra pounds..

    Stephen gave me this amazing and easy food plan where i could enjoy the food i liked and still lose weight whilst working out with him 2-3 times a week. Within 2 months i had lost 5kg , what difference in pictures and measurements. It was incredible . i looked so strong and healthy i couldn’t believe it.

    He taught me that you dont need to spend hours on a treadmill and only eat salads to see results .

    I am so thankful to have met Stephen not only he is great at his job (both training and nutrition) but he also is so motivating. He makes you want to become the best version of yourself.
